VibeMatch Terms of Use

Effective Date: 1 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the VibeMatch mobile application, website, backend services, and related features. VibeMatch is operated by Pixel Innovations. By creating an account or using VibeMatch, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeMatch. By using the app, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use a dating and social discovery service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and profile information. You must keep your login credentials secure and must not impersonate another person, create fake profiles, use misleading information, or upload photos that do not belong to you.

3. Profile Verification and Discovery

VibeMatch may restrict discovery, messaging, or other features for incomplete, unsafe, fake, blocked, anonymous, or unverified accounts. The app may require a complete profile, real image, safe account status, and verification before your profile becomes discoverable or before certain features are enabled.

4. User Conduct

You must not harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, exploit, harm, spam, scam, impersonate, upload illegal or harmful content, use the app for commercial sexual services, or interfere with app security.

5. User Content

You are responsible for photos, messages, profile information, and other content you submit. By uploading content, you grant VibeMatch a limited license to host, store, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the app.

6. Safety Disclaimer

VibeMatch does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, conduct, or compatibility of any user. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting online or offline. Use caution before sharing personal information or meeting someone in person.

7. Messaging and App Features

VibeMatch may offer messaging, discovery, likes, verification, reporting, blocking, media, and other features. Features may be changed, limited, disabled, or removed for safety, technical, business, or policy reasons.

8. Payments and Diamond Shop

For the current version, in-app purchases and Play Billing are disabled and the Diamond Shop may be shown as coming soon. If paid features are introduced later, additional terms may apply.

9. Advertisements

VibeMatch may display advertisements through services such as Google AdMob. Advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, device information, app interactions, and related data according to their own policies.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove, suspend, or delete accounts or content that violate these Terms, app policies, safety rules, legal requirements, or community standards.

11. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting support@getvibematch.com. We may verify your identity before deleting account data.

12. Intellectual Property

VibeMatch, its name, branding, design, code, features, and related materials are owned by Pixel Innovations or its licensors.

13. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify the app or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibeMatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Innovations and VibeMatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the app, user conduct, offline meetings, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VibeMatch after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
